PROPERTY CONSULTATION & PERSONALIZED HABITAT PLAN
A personalized habitat plan will take your hunting success to the next level. WSS will strategically design a system that is tailored to your land's features to meet your goals and find/harvest success!
1. Evaluation:
Every whitetail parcel is unique, so we begin a day visit by assessing all of the variables pertaining to your property. Together, we will take an in depth look at your experiences, goals, available resources/equipment, budget, and much more.
During this part of the visit, we will discuss what has and has not worked for you in the past. Such as hunting practices/tactics, access & stand locations, food plots, neighboring properties and more.
2. Boot Time:
After gaining an understanding of your land and all the other variables, we will walk the property together to further understand the layout and features.
During this time, we will be making observations, dropping pins, taking notes, and discussing principles that will improve your success.
3. Design & Explanation:
To finish up the day, we will sit down together and I'll draw up your personalized habitat and hunting plan tailored to your goals, region, resources, budget, time and more.
After the plan is complete, we will go over it together. I'll explain why each part is included and most importantly how it all fits together to make an optimal habitat system for success.
Any questions you have, we will address them as well. We highly recommend our clients record the audio of the entire explanation.
